Me and my boyfriend like edamame beans so much, we always ordered edamame when we eat at japanese restaurant, if we find it on menu list. Until know, i haven't find where to buy fresh edamame at Jogja, so to substitute it, we buy boiled soybeans as a snack
What is Edamame?
Edamame, the grand soybean. Some people called it Japanese
Soybean, because this vegetable is commonly served at sushi bars and Japanese restaurants
as a meal starter or appetizer.
In East Asia, edamame has been used for over two thousand
years as a major source of protein. Edamame is consumed as a snack, a vegetable
dish, used in soups or processed into sweets. As a snack, the pods of edamame
are boiled with salted water and when ready, served whole.
Health Benefits of Edamame
Eating edamame beans offers various health benefits. Here is

Antioxidants - antioxidants cleanse the body keeping us free
